Heated in ground pool, charming area of Groton City which includes a main house with historic character and some modern updates, a detached garage for the guests. You can walk to the river in 2 minutes. There are many area attractions to fit every guest’s needs. From golfing, hiking areas, casinos, restaurants, USS Nautilus Museum, Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, or just relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet time.
The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, main level you have the formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and 2 living rooms (each has a smart TV and a sleeper sofa). outside you have the gorgeous heated pool, with beach towels provided, propane gas grill and patio furniture.
The pool is open seasonally May - Sept. Depending on weather the pool may open earlier and close later but that cannot be guaranteed. Please keep both pool gates closed at all time.
