The master bedroom provides for a king bed with new bedding, and along with the decorated accent wall, will provide for a peaceful, relaxing sleep. The built-in full size twin bunkbeds are great for the kids, and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep 6. The living room has a ship lap accent wall, with a 55" Flat Screen TV with a Smart WiFi Enabled Blu Ray Player for your favorite movies, or use to access your subscription to Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, or other content. There is new patio furniture to enjoy gulf front views with your favorite beverage to watch the dolphins play in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, has all brand new Stainless Steel appliances installed. There's also a washer/dryer if needed. This condo is located on the quite west end of PCB, it's less than 2.5 miles from Pier Park where all the action is! Enjoy the many restaurants such as Margaritaville, Dave & Busters, Bufallo Wild Wings, Back Porch Seafood, Longhorn Steakhouse, Pompano Joe's and many others. Go to the movies at the IMAX 16 Pier Park Theater, ride the rides, or play lazer tag or mirror maze, as well as enjoy the hundreds of shops and stores. There's also the many activities in PCB, including boat rentals, putt putt golf, helicopter rides and great restaurants and shopping.
Going West , there's the 30A corridor with Rosemary Beach, Seaside and the many coastal lakes and state parks to enjoy and beyond that Destin and all that is offered there.

Parking Notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will need to park in another spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. At the Splash gift shop on the skybridge, you will be required to pay a $35.00 Registration Fee to receive your parking passes and resort amenity wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
Information on cleaning: We all know cleanliness and sanitizing is important. That's why our cleaning crew is the best in cleaning the entire condo between each stay. All the bedding is washed in high temperature for cleanliness and all common use areas - such as countertops, door knobs, sink faucets, handles, etc. are sanitized as well.
