Summary: I was disappointed with the woman at the front desk. We checked in late at night and she said I only had a reservation for one room. I showed her a message from Hotels.com that I had two. She said they must have messed up. If she had just said, “perhaps kits under a different name?” I would have checked my son-in-law’s name. We did get a room, but it cost me $60 more booking through the hotel. At least I didn’t have to pay for the no-show!
