Hawk's Nest Bay is nestled in North Litchfield less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home is great for a family gathering or beach vacation. Bedding accommodations, Downstairs includes a king bedroom with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one featuring a queen and single bed and the other a queen bed (these share a bathroom). Second floor features a queen and single bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathroom. Cable TV is available in the living room, master bedroom and loft. Additional amenities include private swimming pool, wifi, a new central HVAC, Sonos sound system, tankless water heater, fire pit, coffee pot, keurig, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, two outside showers with hot & cold water, screened in porch with new furniture and TV addeed in 2024, and a new gas grill.
