The property features two private patios with gas grill, outdoor seating and a great view of the lake. You'll have access to the community pool and tennis courts that are just steps away. All the amenities provided for you, like from your favorite hotel, this rental will make you feel right at home.
This large townhome is perfect for family vacations or a romantic getaway. Close to Horseshoe Bay Resort and Yacht Club, this newly remodeled townhome has an open floorplan with a fully equipped kitchen, large farmhouse dining table, and a sectional couch and arm chair. There is a half bath downstairs next to the large "bunk room" with 3 bunks and a king size foldout bed. (Pool View). This room is perfect for the kids to play while still being on the lower level.
Upstairs you will find a guest suite with full bathroom, queen bed, tv and french doors that lead to private balcony (Pool view). The main bedroom has large full bathroom, queen bed, sliding glass door that lead out to the large balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the lake views. Third-story loft with single bed and chair.
Steps away you will find the large unheated swimming pool needed to cool off during those hot Texas summers! Bring your tennis rackets and have a family tennis match! Centrally located to convenient stores and great dining. Brining your lake toys? Lake LBJ yacht club and marina is down the street to launch and park your trailer over-night. This townhome has everything you need, and want, for a great stay here at Lake LBJ.
You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland they will deliver to you! If you are bringing your own boat, you can launch from Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina for a small fee and leave your boat trailer parked there as well.
