Enjoy our Beautiful and Historic Cottage almost directly on the Chesapeake Bay Beaches! We love our rustic Historic Cottage on the Bay. We hope you will too! Located right on a public beach access, no roads to cross, just walk out the door and you have a 90 second walk to our wonderful Chesapeake Bay beaches. We are very near the Ocean View Fishing Pier and if fishing is your thing, you can do so right from the shores. This Historic Cottage is very roomy and can host multi family groups. We have a roomy living room and large, well-equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms include 2 pillow-top queen size beds and 3 twin beds in the kid's room. There are also 2 large couches that can sleep additional guests. We have two full bathrooms that feature two stand up showers. One that has been renovated and one that still evokes the charm of the original architecture. Our 55 Inch Smart TV Includes high speed WIFI. We also have a washer and dryer for you laundry needs. Outside, we have a large yard that will allow for some outdoor gatherings and festivities. We have a large patio covered with rustic lattice work that will give your family some privacy from the outside world. We provide a charcoal grill for you cooking fun! Please park your cars directly outside the door to the lattice covered porch. If you have a boat or watercraft, bring it! We have plenty of parking space and are close to a very nice public boat ramp. This historic property was built around the 1940's. It is a single story flattop home that is on a fantastic public beach access. Great for fishing and boating. The public boat ramps are only 5 minutes away. No need to leave your boat at the marina, bring it back and park it in our yard. Plenty of parking available for lovers of the water! Pets Allowed Upon Request. Charges May Apply.
