You'll need to duck going up if you're tall and the last four steps are a bit steep. very special space instead of being traditional studio with bed and living areas together. *Please note the last four steps up to bedroom are a little steep- please keep this in mind when booking. Close to Channel Islands boat pick up harbors - Oxnard and Ventura, Movies, restaurants, shopping and 2 miles from sand. Nice area to ride bicycles and easy to navigate by car or bus. Walk to train station and take it to Santa Barbara for wine tasting one day!
