If you're looking for a small, leisurely setting in the Dominican Republic, Sosua would be a great place to visit. Located on the island's north coast, Sosua is famous for its beaches and more! It has an international community which fuels the nightlife scene giving it a cosmopolitan feel to the town.
The Villa and it's Casita are surrounded by the beautiful hills and countryside of La Mullata III, Sosua, in the Republica Dominicana. The Villa was built in its elevated position to take advantage of the scenic views of the sea and landscape around and the Casita (recently renovated) is a stand-alone little house within the grounds of Villa Gaviota.
The various terraces/balcony and verandas are well equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and sunshades. There is a large pool, parking on the premises and extensive gardens which is fenced making it suitable for children.
This stunning private 3b/3b villa and 1 bedroom Casita is located in a quiet area in the hills of Sosua. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach. The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquility. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round.
Set over two floors, the Master Bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a King bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms with twin beds (one with its own en suite).
The main living area is open planned with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The Casita (little cottage) in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota, is a stand alone 1 bedroom guest house with its own private bathroom and shower facilities. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and houses pool equipment and more! A gas fired BBQ is also available for use. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates.
