Welcome to our townhome!🏡 Our space includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a dedicated work area, a full kitchen, board games, and Roku TV. You will have 1 dedicated parking space, and numerous guest spots in the lot. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The space
Offers a full-sized kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, including spices, pots/pans, plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Also includes full-sized coffee/tea station!
Work from home from our designated workspace, with high-speed wifi.
Enjoy some downtime with our Smart TV including Netflix and many other streaming apps, or liven up your stay with some fun board games and puzzles!
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire home, including the back patio and yard space. We have a locked cabinet and utility closet for our own supplies that we ask you not to open. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood about 3-5 mins to the nearest gas station, Publix, and local restaurants! Parking on the property includes a dedicated spot directly in front of the front door, and additional guest parking spaces near the mailbox.
Other things to note
- The house has not been childproofed. Please keep an eye on your kids at all times.
- Cleaning services are not provided on a daily basis.
- For online streaming, the TV has Roku with Netflix and other streaming apps. There is no cable.
- Zero tolerance for PARTIES and/or noise complaints!
- You will be charged $10 for any towel that is missing.
- We love pets! But please be mindful and clean up after your pet. You have direct access to the yard behind the house with a doggy bag station, and the complex has a grassy area with doggy bags when you need to go for a walk. Keep in mind there is a $50 pet fee.
Sadly, We do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our residential address. Any unexpected mail will be returned to sender. As a short term rental guest, any mail you want to receive can use the nearest post office in the city for delivery.
