Summary: The room was dirty and falling apart. The bathroom/shower had not been refilled with soap. Trim and baseboard was coming apart off the floors. One of the lights did not work. Breakfast was literally just the waffle makers and a few biscuits and gravy. Juice dispenser was broken, no fruit or pastries and nowhere to get water. The pool was out of order for the entire summer.
