Peaceful and centrally-located place. You have access to a private pond fully stocked. We are 10 minutes from fort Leonard wood one hour to Springfield 45 minutes to the lake of the ozarks and one and a half hour to St. Louis the house can easily sleep 10 people. Bring the entire family to enjoy Family Day and Graduation. Events allowed with prior approval. I am currently in the Military and can assist with Graduation/Family day questions or concerns. There are two houses on the property that are rented through VRBO. If available, you will access to the entire 4.5 acre land with both houses and building.
