LIVING AREAS
Coffered ceilings and glowing wood floors await in the window-lined living room. Relax on sophisticated furniture while watching a movie on the 49” flat-screen TV. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience.
The second and third floors both have ocean-facing sitting areas. Find the entertainment room on the third floor with theater-style seating and a 65” TV as well as a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
A full suite of commercial-grade kitchen appliances includes a six-burner gas range, a side-by-side fridge, and two wine coolers.
When it’s time to eat, four can perch at the breakfast bar; adjacent, a beautiful stone table seats 10. An elegant formal dining area seats eight to special meals.
BED & BATH
This waterfront home sleeps 12 guests in five suite-style bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
On the second floor, the master suite features a king bed, twin daybed, twin trundle, and a Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and jetted tub.
Adjacent, one guest room has a queen bed and a twin, while another guest suite has a twin-over-twin bunk bed (plus a twin trundle) and a twin-over-full bunk bed (plus a twin trundle). The en-suite bathrooms each have a tub/shower combination.
Another king bed awaits in a guest suite on the first floor. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
