Located in central Manuel Antonio, in a neighborhood called ‘Valle Pura Vida’ (aka the ‘Valley of Pure Life’, the property is true to its name. Surrounded by lush natural beauty, and lots of wildlife. All 3 types of monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, sloths, iguanas and other animals are common sights. A charming creek runs by the property.
The location is ideal for nature lovers who want to be in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Valle Pura Vida is no more than 10 minutes drive to the national park, main beach (Playa Espadilla), Quepos (supermarkets) and Pez Vela marina. Intrepid adventurers can hike to two lesser-known beaches and one of Manuel Antonio’s only waterfalls within 45 minutes. There is also a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away, with busses going to the beach / national park & Quepos every 15 minutes.
