This four bedroom home on a beautiful two acre lot with a view of Katama Bay is the perfect place for your Vineyard vacation. The entire house has been furnished for a relaxed stay for your family. If you have to do some work while on island, you will be happy to see each bedroom also has a desk. The address off Edgartown Bay Road is the the ultimate location. You have privacy and at the same time you are about a half mile to South Beach or a bike ride to Edgartown Village.
The 2nd floor of this "upside down house" has an open floor plan which includes a great room, kitchen and dining room. Great room and dining room have beautiful water views and sliders to the deck. We have furnished the living area with a sectional from Bloomingdale’s and additional pieces from Crate and Barrel. Our decorator chose all the fabrics for a beautiful and comfortable Vineyard living space. There is a Samsung 42” HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and gadget you may want. The deck, which also enjoys a water view, has a grill, dining table and chairs and lounge chairs. The second floor master bedroom has a soothing Tempur-Pedic king bed, HDTV, walk in closet, desk and full bath. The second floor has a southern exposure to give you light all day and A/C to keep you cool.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and fold out desk. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a crib and desk. Walk though the den with sofa and HDTV to the very large third bedroom with one queen bed and desk. The first floor also features a full bath and laundry room.
Directly across the street to the north, is the 17-acre Huckleberry Barrens conservation land owned by the Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation.
