Das Haus ist ein landwirtschaftliches Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, das komplett saniert wurde, um ein modernes Zuhause zu schaffen, das dennoch seinen historischen Charme bewahrt hat. Meine Vorfahren haben dort ihren Apfelwein hergestellt und etwa dreißig Fässer sowie ihre Ernte gelagert.
Es liegt am Ende der Straße in einem Weiler mit vier Häusern. Die einzigen Geräusche, die du hören wirst, sind die der Natur und der Landwirte, die auf den umliegenden Feldern arbeiten. Es liegt direkt am Meer, und der Leuchtturm von Groix wird dich jede Nacht beleuchten.
Die Sandbucht „La Roche Percée“ liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß weiter unten; ein Weg führt dich direkt dorthin. Von dort aus kannst du einen Spaziergang auf dem Zöllnerpfad bis nach Le Pouldu oder Doëlan machen. Doëlan ist ein malerischer, lebhafter kleiner Hafen, in dem die Fischer ihren Fisch verkaufen.
Im Erdgeschoss findest du die voll ausgestattete Küche und einen großen Wohnbereich mit zwei Sofas sowie den Überrest eines Brotbackofens. Ein Schlafzimmer (140 x 200) mit eigenem Bad und einem separaten WC.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit: Backofen, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Draußen gibt es eine Terrasse mit Grill.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer (Betten 140x200 und 90x190) mit Meerblick sowie ein Raum, der als Büro dient (mit einem Tisch und einem Kniehocker), ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie ein separates WC runden das Ganze ab.
Und damit du mit der Außenwelt verbunden bleibst, gibt es WLAN im Haus.
