Lake Diva is a quiet private estate property with the best dock on Lake Loomis. It has always been our dream to be able to be hosts of a space that is architecturally significant, super comfortable, has a few of those luxury items, and a fully stocked kitchen for our most discerning foodie guests. We love dogs and have gone through the extra effort to make sure the private estate is fully fenced. Walk in and let the dogs run around the property knowing that there is no easy escape.
Inside you will find a boho eclectic furnished space with original pieces of artwork. The owners have traveled the world and love finding just the right art piece to set the mood. The vibe is chill and be inspired. Find something that makes you think and check out that private view of the lake. The current owners have taken time to make important updates to the home all the while preserving the original mid-century modern details. Preserving this architecturally interesting home was always the goal. All the while making the home capable of surviving soirees, dogs, and children.
Fully Furnished Kitchen
Great pains have been taken to make sure the kitchen has everything for someone who loves to cook. There is nothing worst than showing up on vacation and you have to hunt down a wine opener, find super dull knives, or a kitchen pantry that lacks imagination. This kitchen has been stocked by people who love to cook and entertain. Everything one would need to create a celebratory feast is found inside these shelves.

Outside you will find a dock that is perfect launching point to explore the nature preserve across the lake from the estate. Once you get back from a long paddle pop in the hot tub and enjoy the view of the sun setting on the trees. Later in the evening we love roasting marshmallows and giggling by the fire next to the Lake.
