This wonderful two-story, brick house is located within walking distance, either by beach or by road, to magical Caseville, MI. With 110 feet of beautiful sandy beachfront, and an amazing view of the best sunsets in Michigan, you can't go wrong. This is one of the best locations in the Caseville area. Caseville has no shortage of activities to participate in, including the famous Cheeseburger Festival. This home's location is ideal for not just summer recreation like fishing, swimming, boating and water sports but also fall and winter activities such as hunting and ice fishing and it is near state preserve areas. If worried about rain, then fret not, the guest house comes with board games and puzzles and internet access for your entertainment needs (bring own account if streaming). Free WiFi . From the upper level of the guesthouse (garage apartment) you can go down the interior steps to our climate controlled garage/game room. In the game room you will find a full bathroom and laundry room as well as a Pool table, Foosball table, a Poker table, and TV.
The guesthouse/garage apartment is two bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate 12+ people. Our home and guest house is on a 2 acre lot and has a long private, wooded driveway with plenty of parking. The house has a full kitchen and completely equipped, a dining area, and a living area with a fireplace. The home has an additional living area on the lower level. The private deck is a great place to eat, sit, talk, and take in the sunrise and sunsets. If you choose to use the gas grill you must bring your own tank. A charcoal grill is also available for use.
