Located on Rich Cove in Cundy's Harbor, Maine this newly remodeled stunner is the perfect spot for family and friends to vacation. Entering the home through the right side of the perfectly manicured walkway you will notice the homes brand new kitchen complete with new brand new appliances. With cathedral ceilings and it's open living, dining and kitchen area you have beautiful ocean views from most areas in the house. You may also notice each room has it's own heat pump so you will have heat for the chilly days and AC for those really warm days. Need the perfect spot to relax? The sunroom at Heron's Nest has 90 degree views of the water with brand new patio furniture that does not disappoint.
Back inside the house, working your way down the hallway you will see three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size Sleep Number bed, the second bedroom comes with a joint twin and a queen size bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a king size bed. The house also has two full bathrooms both with beautifully tiled stand-up showers, one with a washer and dryer in it and the other is an ensuite bathroom complete with a bidet.
Looking for a place to launch your kayaks or have a picnic? There is a community recreation area right down the road from the house. The owner of the house has a pass that she is providing for all tenants to use. These are for use at tenants own risk.
Please note: the property is on tidal waters which means at low tide there are mud flats which will prevent you from any swimming or recreational activities off of the shore.
