2 Bedroom Apartment in East Riverside, New Orleans

We bought this house (we call it Antonine House) which adjoins our backyard in 2008 and did a complete historic renovation on it. It's nice. It has two large bedrooms, both with queen beds and personality. Only one bath, but it's got a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is small, but you're not coming to New Orleans to eat in. A nice living room, stereo, cable Flat Screen TV, lots of CDs and DVDs and books, and WiFi. All very comfortable. The one downside is that this is the second floor, so you have to climb stairs. But then you get the front gallery (porch) you can hang out on as a reward. And we love our location. We're one house off Magazine street, right in the coolest section. Tons of great restaurants, bars, shopping of all kinds, coffeehouses - Magazine is a great street. And we're more than happy to give you all the guides and suggestions you need. We're locals, and know our way around New Orleans. We're also inside the parade route, so we're only a few blocks from the Mardi Gras parades in a couple of directions.
