Located in Clemson City limits & conveniently located behind Patrick Square, only 4 miles to Clemson Memorial Stadium. This cozy home comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, an upscale complimentary coffee and tea station, and a Golf Cart! The open floor plan features a 75 inch TV perfect for enjoying ball games or movies w/some fun ambient vibes.
This is a spacious upscale Townhouse located inside Clemson City limits. It features an office/work area with a lounge couch and desk. Around the corner you will find a full bath and a fully laundry room. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings feature a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living area. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar (designed especially with our guests in mind). In the living area you have a 75" Smart TV equipped with ambient lighting and an electric fireplace. Off of the main living area is the Master Suite with a large walk-in closet along with a double sink and walk in tiled shower in the maser bathroom. Upstairs is filled with 3 rooms and 1 Bathroom. Two rooms feature queen size beds, night stands, dressers, one large walk in closet and one full size closet. One bedroom is equipped with Bunk beds (1 Full size, 1 Twin, 1 pull out Twin Trundle), sectional seating that can be made into another sleeping area, and a Smart TV. There is also another full bathroom serving the upstairs guests quarters. There is a garage which stores a complimentary Gas EZGO Golf Cart for guest use (please note a separate agreement must be signed prior to check-in for use). If you do wish to use the golf cart please let the host know so they can get you the agreement.
