The villa opens out onto a double sized pool deck (lanai) and a beautiful pool. The solar heated pool and lanai is private with a sweeping vista over a pond and the length of the 7th fairway of Long Marsh golf course with green belt beyond. A south west aspect makes it ideal for sunbathing, and winding down with the backdrop of magnificent sunsets. We are close to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice. There are top class golf courses nearby as well as great shopping and restaurants. In short, all you could want for a fantastic holiday.
