This beautiful, well-appointed, lakefront home is set up for entertaining with 2 Large Living Spaces, Fireplace and Large Kitchen and Dining Area that opens to a screened in porch with fireplace and wonderful lake views.
For sleeping, there is a Master on Main (with King bed) and ensuite, another bedroom/office with Queen bed and private bath. There is an additional 1/2 bath on main. Upstairs is a large bedroom with California King bed and 2 Twin Trundle bed. This bedroom also has its own private bath. On the Terrace level you'll find another 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a California King and private bath. The second has and third bedrooms each have a Queen bed and share a Jack and Jill bath. One of the rooms has an additional built in Twin bed.
The terrace level also has a family room with kitchenette and bar and an additional half bath. A large patio of the family room offers access to the spa and lake.
Harbor Club is peaceful neighbor that fantastic for walking, has a golf course, tennis courts, a boat ramp and clubhouse for dining. It is also within 10 minutes from Publix grocery store, a theater, many restaurants and a hospital. The Ritz is about a 15 minute car ride.
