Marco Beach Ocean Resort 806 WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Enjoy a spectacular beach vacation in this this privately owned
beachfront condo with private balcony within the luxurious Marco Beach
Ocean Resort. Privately owned. This eighth floor one bedroom, one
bathroom, condo is a perfect location for a relaxing getaway to enjoy
a slice of paradise. The resort offers direct access to four miles of
Marco Island's famed wide beaches, where you will find the space to
stroll the waters edge, search for seashells, enjoy sunsets, or simply
relax in the sun.
Condo and Resort Amenities

This condo features a king-sized bed in the bedroom. Each room has its
own TV. A full-sized oven, cook top microwave and under-counter
refrigerator is available in the kitchenette, which is also stocked
with cookware, bake ware dishes glasses, utensils, blender, toaster,
and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom includes a soaking tub and
separate shower. One free self-parking space is located in the owner's
area in the parking garage. All exterior windows and doors are
hurricane rated.
The condo is maintained to CDC guidelines for cleanliness. For guests
concerned with indoor air quality, the air conditioning and heating
system is a stand-alone unit specific to this condo.
Resort amenities include a spa, fitness center, and outdoor swimming
pool. On-site fine dining is available at Sale e Pepe, an AAA Four
Diamond Italian restaurant with an award-winning wine list and view of
the Gulf of Mexico. Casual dining and bars are also available both
poolside and near the beach.
Marco Beach Ocean Resort is within walking distance to many
restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Marco Island is also
ideally located for easy day trips to outdoor activities in Florida's
Everglades, Big Cypress, and other parks, and to shopping, dining, and
golfing in Naples.
Please note that maximum height of the parking garage is 6 7, vehicles
that exceed that height need to find alternative parking off site.
Important Guest Notice
Please note that this condo is booked independent of the Marco Beach
Ocean Resort hotel, so certain hotel amenities will not be available.
As the rental guests of a private owner, the following hotel services
are not included: Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach
towels and chairs for you to bring down. You do have access to all
pool area amenities including chairs and towel or room service dining.
Daily cleaning services or valet parking. The owner provides beach
chairs and beach and pool towels within the unit. One free
self-parking space in owner's area of the parking garage is available.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year
is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off
balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window
treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection
of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly
hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are
endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be
levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances
protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of
the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the
reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
