Mickeys Golf Retreat is a 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a west facing, heated, pool right on the course in a golf community. There is one queen bedroom on the first floor and a master suite with a king bed, another queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms on the second floor. The lounge has 65 inch TV and a PS4 while the sitting room is has an 80 inch TV, a PS4 and surround sound. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, darts and tons of sporting equipment, including 6 sets of golf clubs!

The optional pool heat is available for $35 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation.
Mickeys Golf Retreat is our newest villa and is currently being re-themed with Disney inspired golf decor. It is located right on the course in the beautiful golf community of Highlands Reserve in Davenport, Florida, about 18 minutes from Disney. This bright and modern villa sleeps 10 people in total comfort. Lets explore the villa in more detail!
The huge pool deck is western facing with plenty of seating. The pool is far enough from the villa to allow sun on the pool most of the day. There are lots of loungers for sun bathing and plenty of seating for dining al fresco. The covered lanai offers a space to sit outside even in a drizzle. There is a BBQ for guest use as well. Since this villa is at the end of a cul de sac, the neighbors are far from the pool deck and hedges increase the feeling of privacy.
The first floor of this two story villa has a bright and open floorplan. Upon entering, you pass the first floor queen bedroom and shared full bath on the right. The queen bedroom is just a few steps from the shared full bath. Just a few steps down the hall and you come to the kitchen on the left. The modern and well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. The stove has a ceramic cook top for easy cleaning and the french door fridge has filtered water and ice in the door. There is a Keurig and reguler coffee maker for use. All the dishes, cookware and utensils you need are supplied! The breakfast nook is right off the kitchen with seating for four. The dining area is on the right of the hall and has a table with seating for six. Just past the dining area you enter the first lounge which is used as a theater room. It has an 85 inch TV, a surround system and a PS4. The second lounge is behind the kitchen on the other side of the stairs. This sitting room has a 65 inch TV, a PS4 and plenty of seating as well. Both lounges have doors opening to the pool deck. The villa also has free high speed wireless internet and a phone with free calling in the US and Canada.
Just behind the kitchen is the hallway to the game room. The modern front loading laundry units are located here and are free for guests to use. Just past the laundry units is the entrance to the converted game room. The game room features a pool table, an air hockey table, a foosball table and darts. There are also tons of things for guests to use. There are three adult bikes, two kids scooters and six sets of golf clubs including a set of leftys! There are tennis raquets, and pickleball paddles along with a pickleball net. Lots of excercise equipment is also included. Finally, some beach essentials are in the game room including some beach chairs and a beach wagon!
The second floor of the villa is where the remaining bedrooms are located. On the right at the top of the stairs is the king master suite. The king bedroom has its own ch TV and wak-in closet with views of the golf course. The king master en suite bathroom features a double sink, a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower. On the left at the top of the staris are the two twin bedrooms. Each has two twin beds in it. The first is being re-themed with Mickey decor and the second with a space theme. Both have their own TVs. Just down the hall on the right is the second floor shared bath. It has a double sink and combo tub and shower. The second floor queen bedroom is down the hall on the left. It also has its TV as well.
We love families and kids! Our villa has everything you need for your family including a stroller, a pack-n-play a high chair and plenty of kids dishes and utensils. If there is something else you need, let us know and we can probably arrange it. We have been in the process of re-theming this villa to be more family and friendly with the decor.
