The Space:
The first floor is set for entertaining. It consists of the living room with the television, equipped with many major streaming platforms and spectrum cable. Also on the first floor is a fully-stocked kitchen with modern equipment, a half bath and an elegant eat-in kitchen. The second floor has 2 luxurious bedrooms at opposite ends of the house with super comfy king size beds and a full bath in the middle. The third floor has a king bed with an office and lounge area.
Guest Access:
The whole left side of the house is your to explore and enjoy. It has an exclusive parking space and back patio area to unwind or entertain with grill access.

This includes Strong, Highland and Rochester General Hospitals. University of Rochester, The Institute of Technology, Eastman and Geva Theatres, High Falls and the Genesee river, Lake Ontario, Strong Museum of play, and many of the other unique attractions that make Rochester an incredible city to be a part of.
