It overlooks the multi-use recreational path of Fairmount Park along Kelly Drive, and is desirable for its central location, an easy commute to Center City, with easy access to several major roadways and public transportation. Getting Around:
The house is close to public transportation: bus #27, #32, #61, and East Falls station (Manayunk/Norristown Line). More information is available on SEPTA website.
The house comes with a one-car parking garage, and one-car parking spot on the driveway.
Free street parking is also available in the neighborhood. Please read all signs before parking to avoid towing.
