Summary: No hot water, boiler broke down early in the day, and couldn’t get it fixed. The motel shouldn’t be taking reservations if the boiler was broken. We had an ice bucket, but the ice machine didn’t work. I didn’t sit on the couch in our room, because it looked like a pack of lions took residence on it, it was shredded. The carpet in the hallways had so much spray on it, you could hardly breathe as you are walking down it. Water all over in the laundry room, so the staff were trying to clean it up with a wet vac until 10:45pm. It was hard to get any sleep. It’s not like the vacuum was the only thing affecting our sleep. The bed was hard a rock, and the pillows were horrible.
