Summary: Expedia and Motel 6 refused to cancel our reservation 3 days before the deadline for cancellation, so we forced to continue business that really needed to be delayed. The room’s sink leaked; there was a hole in the bathroom wall that lacked baseboards; the satellite TV glitched on all channels; and the management was unavailable at 8AM to print a receipt for our stay, requiring us to return a few hours later to obtain one. Basic maintenance and professional hotel management would fix the problems.
