On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster) opening onto the living/dining room, a dining area, and a lounge area with a smart TV. There is direct, level access to the terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue. The house has a private garage (accessible with a code provided upon arrival) with space for one car, a bicycle, and a motorcycle. Slow charging point for electric vehicles (contact the owner for details). Ski equipment, hiking gear, and roof boxes can also be stored in the garage.
