Our property is approximately 4 acres with private lake frontage on Kayuta Lake right down the gravel path with access to a dock space if you bring your boat along to enjoy some lake time!! We offer 2 Kayaks and 1 stand up paddled board for our guests to use. Quiet area for enjoying walks or a bike ride & enjoy nights by the camp fire roasting marshmallows. Everything needed for the perfect escape!
Nestled in nature, enjoy our open concept home with primary king bedroom on the 1st floor along with full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs you'll find the other 2 bedrooms and full bath. A large covered porch overlooks the front lawn and first fire pit area. A short walk down the gravel path you'll enjoy the beautiful lakefront views along with the covered pavilion, sandy beach area, 2nd fire pit, and dock if you choose to bring along a watercraft or fishing poles. There is very easy access for launching a kayak or canoe.
