This private, comfortable home is located on the 11th Fairway of the Indian Wells CC Classic Course. Spectacular sunsets right out your backyard of the majestic Jacinto Mountains. This immaculate one story home has 3 en-suites featuring a private shaded pool, hot tub and fire pit. Recently remodeled open custom kitchen with a wine refrigerator and granite counters. The back of the house is west facing but the house remains very cool year round because of the lovely shade coverings.
Outside the IWCC Gates you'll find yourself surrounded by activities and resorts such as the new Indian Wells Resort across the street offering two public golf courses and dining. Also within a golf cart drive across the street is the Hyatt Grand Champion and Esmeralda for Fine Dining and Night Life, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens is within 1 mile, close to theaters, concerts, Living Desert, El Paseo Shopping, casinos, Palm Springs and much, much more.
We include weekly pool service, monthly yard maintenance and insect spraying. There are 2 SMART TV's in the master bedroom and the family room. (Does not have cable service) Also, because of the pool and spa heater we are allowing you $300 a month for electric/gas service.
