Come stay at our freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home where you can walk to Sherman Chiropractic College! Only 4 minutes from Upstate University! This home comfortably sleeps 4 adults & 4 kids. New sensifoam twin XL mattresses in bunk room!
BEST part is that we’ve made it super convenient to bring your fur babies along. There’s a private yard, and beyond that it’s contained with a metal fence for a larger play area for kids or pets.
The neighborhood is safe, but older with well loved homes and happy kids running around.
The space
This home is super pet friendly for our guests. It’s located in the heart of older Boiling Springs near the Colleges off of Valley Falls Rd.
We provide a bedroom with a king size bed, another with a queen size bed, and then a bedroom that can easily sleep 4 kiddos. These are not full size twin mattresses and therefore I do not recommend these beds for adults larger teens.
Make yourself comfy in living room with a large soft sectional and I have provided all of the kitchen necessities so you can do your own cooking while staying at my home in Boiling Springs, SC.
I have books scattered throughout the house, which you are more than welcome to read at your leisure.
I always keep bowls for pets in the house and a leash at the door. But if you need anything else for your fur baby, just let me know!
Driveway easily accommodates three cars and you can park on the street at your own risk.
I have 2 exterior cameras ONLY facing the doors for insurance purposes, and added security.
Guest access
The day before check-in I will provide 4 digit passcode that’s the last 4 digits of your phone number. This will work for the front door. There is a back door, but no key will be provided and you will be responsible for keeping the door locked when you leave the house.
Other things to note
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INTERIOR CAMERAS!
I absolutely do not allow third-party bookings!!
Parties are not allowed unless you ask me first .
Tampering with the Wi-Fi to disable the exterior security system will result in a $150 fine and cancelation of your stay.
I do not accept Guests with no prior reviews, but I am willing to discuss this with you upon special circumstances
