The fully equipped kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, keurig, coffee pot, and an assortment of coffees, teas, sweeteners & creamers. Bedrooms & bathrooms provide all the essentials needed for your stay, including a full size washer, dryer, laundry essentials, iron & board, hair dryer, toiletries, bathroom towels, all bedding and extra blankets The spacious deck off the living room provides ample seating for dining & relaxing while overlooking the water. A shaded patio with bbq grill & dining area provides more space with exquisite views of the lake. Generous grounds include a fire pit, personal dock with kayaks for your use & swimming area (seasonal). Beautiful, quiet neighborhood is great for walking and jogging. Privately owned off-street parking lot directly across from home (shared with our other home). Two public boat launches are available on the lake (CT & RI). Located central to popular attractions like Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Mohegan Sun, Norwich Inn & Spa, Mystic, Newport, Narragansett, Providence, Golf Courses, Vineyards & Breweries, Beaches, Hiking, Dining, Shopping & more! Air conditioning & heat throughout the home year round. A welcome binder with house rules and important information is located in the home.
