Set on a quiet road with gorgeous mountain views, you can spend summer days enjoying the wrap around porch or winter nights soaking in the hot tub. Hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, 5 miles from your front door. When the snow melts, swap your skis for hiking boots, experience a 4x4 off-road adventure, tackle the zip line course, or try your hand at fly fishing.
GREAT ROOM-Kick up your feet in the main living area, outfitted with a large, leather sectional couch and cozy swivel chair and ottoman. With vaulted ceilings, a huge stone gas fireplace (featuring a custom Pendleton Stag) and big windows that flood the space with natural light, you’ll love relaxing here at the end of a long day of fun.
DINING-Situated within the home’s great room, the long dining table seats 8 comfortably and is made cozy by the gas stove burning nearby. Two additional seats at the kitchen island.
KITCHEN-This cozy kitchen isn’t huge but it packs a punch. With a large Refrigerator, a Double Oven w/ Electric Range and butcher block counter tops, you’ll have everything you need to make even a big holiday meal. With extras like a fondue set, crock pots, tons of serving wear and an assortment of wine and bar glasses, you’ll feel right at home.
BED & BATH-This house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The second-floor master bedroom has an ultra-comfy king-size bed, dresser, TV, vanity/desk and features and on-suite attached full bath with tub/shower combo. The second-floor loft bedroom is great for kids. With open views to the great room (please note there is no door), this roomy loft has a versatile bunk bed (1 full bed, 1 twin upper bunk and 1 twin trundle), a small desk/vanity, and an extra hang out area with TV, chair and lots of games. Located on the first floor, an additional bedroom features an ultra-cozy king-sized bed, dresser, TV and roomy closet. This bedroom is located just next to another full bath with a tub/shower combo.
OUTDOOR AREAS-The outdoor space at Boulder Bend is something special. The house has a huge, wrap around deck with views of Aspen Meadows in the front and Red Mountain in the rear. There is an 6 seat outdoor dining table and 4 Adirondack chairs for taking in the view with a good book. Cook dinner on the gas grill and then relax in the roomy hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. When the sun sets, enjoy toasting marshmallows around the seasonal, outdoor fire pit (Available in summer if no fire ban).
