This NOLA themed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is a cozy location to stay at while you're in town and has a courtyard reminiscent of the music city. There are two large bedrooms (one with a king, the other with a queen and twin) with two full baths that have nice showers and tubs. This middle unit is part of the main house, but is properly secured from the other front unit. We provide Wi-Fi and 55” LG 4K Smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu included.
The space
This unit is attached to the main house; however, you have your own private entrance from the courtyard area, as well as your own HVAC system. This space doesn't have a full kitchen (*no kitchen sink/dishwasher), but as you can see in the pictures, it has most everything you need to accommodate a short stay in town. We provide coffee, creamer/sugar, snacks, etc. There is no separate living room in this unit; however, both bedrooms are well laid out with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. They are also furnished to still provide comfort for you and your guests. You have exterior access to the laundry area that is shared with the front unit. The New Orleans style courtyard is for the guests' use and includes a gas fire pit and a gas grill for cooking and unwinding with friends and family.
Guest access
The long middle driveway is your designated parking area and will bring you right to the courtyard where your entryway is to the left. You are seconds away from Hardy Street and all the local Hattiesburg staples for dining and entertainment. Just minutes away from USM campus, you can enjoy the convenience of proximity to most any event hosted by Southern Miss!
