Why drive any further? The charm of the Northwoods begins here! Custom built 2800 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms, great room, separate living room, 3 full baths, and a lot of general room to unwind. Featuring a spacious, well stocked kitchen which opens to a dining area for six and great room with a fireplace, television (cable) and panoramic views.
A large master suite with queen bed includes master bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub, and separate walk-in glass shower with massage jets.
Sofa sleeper is located in the great room. A second bedroom(full bed) and full hallway bathroom complete the first floor.
Downstairs includes a large living area, with ample seating, and another T.V.
2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor - a larger room(full bed) with plenty of space for extra guests and a fourth bedroom(twin beds). An additional twin/daybed occupies an enclave area with a gorgeous view of the back yard.
The third full bath downstairs boasts a glass enclosed double shower. Laundry is located on the lower level, as is access to the back porch.
A large covered porch has plenty of seating and welcomes a great breeze. The porch extends to a wrap around deck extending behind the house. Adirondack chairs overlook the calming pond in the back yard and serve for some great stargazing.
Just a short walk brings you to a quiet pier on a bay of the Big Eau Pleine Resevoir(6800 acre lake), or take the kayaks out(2 included) and float or paddle around the calm waters.
Located close to snowmobile trails, 4-wheeler parks, and just 25 minutes from Granite Peak Ski hill.
Local waters include the Big Eau Pleine(200 yard walk to our private dock!), Wisconsin River, Lake DuBay, Half Moon Lake.
