The Space:
This cozy home has a total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. There are two condo units available in the building: the North unit is located on 2nd floor while the South unit is on the 3rd floor.
The North unit is a loft-type unit which features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full-bathrooms, while the South unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full-bathrooms - perfect for a big family or groups.
The bedrooms are all fully-furnished with a queen-sized bed, flat screen televisions, comfy linens, and comes with a dresser and closet along with an iron. There is also a stylish kitchen just beside the living area with plenty of seating arrangement enough for the entire group. The units are equipped with Sonos sound system and central A/C.
The entry to the building is located at the side of the building at Dean Avenue. There is also a complimentary street parking pass for each unit; more parking options are available located 2 minutes across the street at Wellington Resort for $25 daily.
