Our Saida 1 condo (#501) is close to the beach, has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico, a warm Southern exposure, and is steps away from a refreshing pools, soothing hot tubs, and invigorating tennis courts.
The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in the Saida Towers, a gated, family-friendly complex with 24/7 security, and a history of being a favorite of families and Winter Texans for many years. We have 3 swimming pools (one heated in the winter), 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and hamburger hut open in the summer.
Our extra large balcony, which is furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs, is a great place to watch the beach, the ocean, the pool area, lounge with a good book, or enjoy cocktails and dinner.!

We can sleep 10 in our approx 1485 sq ft condo. The master suite has a king bed, the corner room has 2 double beds, and the 3rd room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. The beautiful kitchen has a large bar area, granite counter tops, and is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
We have FREE WiFi, 4 ceiling fans, 3 cable TVs, and a DVD player.
