Our home is located in Pebble Beach, inside the Country Club Gate, in the beautiful Del Monte Forest, just .8 miles from Spanish Bay, and just one block from 17-mile drive. Driving distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf is approximately 10 minutes. America's newest National Park, Pinnacles National Park, is about 1 hour, 20 minute drive via the beautiful Salinas Valley. There are many fine restaurants nearby, including the Inn at Spanish Bay, Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel.
Our 3- bedroom, 2.5- bathroom home features a great room with a 50" Smart TV, kitchen, family room and dining area, and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Master Bedroom has one King bed and a private bath, as well as a 42" Smart TV. The second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two-extra long twin beds Both bedrooms share a bathroom. Our home can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 children. We have off-street parking for 3 cars.
The newly landscaped yard is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf or the bagpiper from the Inn at the Spanish Bay, as he makes his 5:00 p.m. evening rounds. Our home is set in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood within the beautiful Del Monte Forest.
