Negative: Despite attempt to be a luxury hotel: 1. Cringe architecture, interior design 2. WhatsApp support is setup very inconvenient, multiple different numbers, one for each part of the hotel 3. My partner got burned during the massage 4. In the bedroom, the bathroom and toilet is not separated from the main room
