Negative: Bathroom door coming off of its hinges (screws coming out of door) toilet flush handle loose ( toilet keeps running after flushing. Have to shake handel to stop water from running) Front door jam missing striker plates and inside and outside front door threshold and sidewalk dirty needed to be swept. Some kind of bed parts leaning against wall, no bath soap. Parking lot and sidewalks dirty. This place is an eye sore.
