Come and enjoy this spacious Brewster home near Crosby Landing. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is set in a serenely quiet neighborhood with a big grassy yard. It is quiet, yet minutes away from all the amenities and tourist attractions. This home has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation, inside and out. The master suite, with a King bed (2 XL twins with a 2 remotes to raise and lower the head) and en-suite bathroom, is located on the third level which also features an attached bunk room - with full beds and a trundle (a twin bed). The master bath offers a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 Twin beds and the other with a Queen, located on the second level and share a full bath. The fourth bedroom, with a Queen bed, is located on the lower level and has a private entrance, living area and full bath. There is a side deck with bench and table just off the hall, which is a great place to sit and read, and also a small porch off the bedroom. Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, explore Nickerson State Park or wonder to Crosby Landing, which is about a half mile away. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $536 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
