Take advantage of Ski Hill Grill, T-Bar and The Living Room for après-ski conveniently located just downstairs.
Our condo boasts penthouse style living with lavish mountain modern updates. Vaulted ceilings, newer furnishing and renovated finishes. This specific unit is light and bright, modern and refreshing. Professionally designed to savor the rustic mountain feel while blending new and modern finishes. With every inch of this condo fully updated, this is the nicest and most extravagant unit in the building. Because this is a top floor, center unit, we boast EPIC SLOPESIDE VIEWS. This condo is absolutely unbeatable and one-of-a-kind.
One Ski Hill Place is an upscale, boutique-style building. Sitting on the base of Peak 8, the convenience is unparalleled. We provide private ski lockers exclusively for your use during your stay. Wake up to fresh powder in the morning and simply walk out the back door to be the first person on the lift! One Ski Hill is exclusive only to owners and guests so you never have to fight crowds in the building. Jump on the gondola (which stops directly outside our building) and head over to Peak 7 for additional ski runs. You can also ride the gondola down the mountain into town while enjoying the stunning views along the way. One Ski Hill also provides access to a FREE shuttle for the duration of your stay. It will pick you up at the building and drop you off anywhere near downtown Breckenridge. Ready to head home after a nice dinner and drinks? Call the shuttle and they will take you back home. After parking in the (free) garage, you don't have to retrieve your car until your stay has come to an end.
The whole condo is reserved solely for your stay. You'll have access to the private ski lockers, indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, bowlings alley and theater room on site.
We offer free, underground, garage parking for 1 vehicle during your reservation. You have access to a free shuttle that will take you to or drop you off any location within Breckenridge. The "Breck Connect" gondola stops directly at our building and goes over to the neighboring property, Crystal Peak, as well as down into town. (The shuttle does cease operations during the "off season").
There will be a non-refundable 10% fee for every booking on this platform.
