725 square foot charming rear cottage (we live in the front house); totally renovated and immaculately clean. Two bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 queen bed), 1 bathroom (w/shower), pullout couch in living room, Central AC, hardwood floors, 55 inch flat screen TV (YouTubeTV and Disney+, and ready for you to stream your subscription content). We request a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The bed linens, blankets, bathroom towels, and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig Duo Plus coffee maker and Emeril Air Fryer.
Gas grill, outdoor seating, and access to washer and dryer.
Up to 4 Lavallette beach badges provided, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach cart to take all to the beach.
Walking distance to bay pier for crabbing (crab cages provided). Kayaks available upon request. Bay Gazebo steps away to enjoy Sunday concerts in summer, and outdoor Tuesday movies in August.
All you need to do, is pack your bathing suit.
