Newly refurbished, this beautiful first-floor apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer, hardwood floors, and central heating and air conditioning. Each room can accommodate a queen-size bed and workspace. Conveniently located, this Washington Street apartment is just minutes away from Boston College Brighton Campus, neighborhood parks, some of the best public schools in Boston, and the Cleveland Circle station
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental.
