Rustic and cozy but surprisingly roomy inside. Made for relaxation with plush comfy leather furniture, DISH TV with premium channels, and Adirondack chairs on big front deck. Great natural light and 3 sleeping areas with 6 beds total. Fully stocked kitchen, full linens and towels. Beach chairs, boogie boards and toys provided as well as crabbing lines and nets. Central air/cooling. 2 full baths.
Trails throughout community to bike or walk including public space which parallels the entire waterfront. All accessible from back yard. Large well maintained pool/snackbar, tennis, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, bocci playground and pavilion. Bicycles available upon request.
Rehoboth tax free outlets (Tanger) and Atlantic beaches just 10-20 minutes away! Pool passes included for all rentals after Memorial Day. Surcharge for summer weekend nights. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INDOORS!
