The second and third bedrooms share the hall bath that includes a shower/tub combo. Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there is a cottage in the backyard with a king bed, efficiency kitchen, and a full bath. Please inquire about renting the cottage separately if you need a space that sleeps 2 more. The cottage is also listed on VRBO. The backyard space is shared with the cottage.
Smithville is a quaint town along the Colorado River that is the perfect spot to relax and slow down the pace. It is 30 min. from Round Top, 35 min. from AUS Airport or The Circuit of Americas, and 15 min. from Bastrop or La Grange.
