This home is situated on three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms (queen & double bed), the master bathroom, and an office (with an air mattress). The main floor has two more bedrooms (queen & twin), full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The basement is a large entertaining space equipped with movie projector and sound system, snack pantry, hot and cold drinks, dining space, full bathroom, laundry area, and rustic bunk room (four twin beds). (Please note that the basement is unfinished space, with concrete floors covered in outdoor rugs. It is an optional space to use, as it is not a finished floor of the house.) The custom built back patio has a table with six chairs, umbrella, and four comfortable lounging chairs with coffee tables.
