Walking into this new home located in the quaint town of Lansing, you'll enter into the screened-in deck and then into the open concept kitchen and living room. The bedroom on the main level includes a king bed, smart tv, and attached bathroom. The upper level also includes a half bathroom and laundry room. Moving down to the lower level, you will find an abundance of natural light in the second living room that opens to a wet bar. The lower level patio provides an exterior location to take in the views. Two additional bedrooms (with smart tvs) and full bathroom are found on the lower level. Plenty of places to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, play a game of cards, or exchange stories of your day fishing, shopping, or touring the area.
