The space
Livingroom: Enjoy a cozy fire while watching the snow flutter past the picture window overlooking the pines in the fully fenced back yard.

Movieroom: The 6th bedroom is located in the basement. This space is a large room that has a projector screen, HD projector and elevated movie theater seating. Movie nights in this house are awesome. Movie theater popcorn is simple and fast with the provided popcorn machine.
Bathrooms: The ensuite bathroom has many wonderful features including a walk in double headed shower, garden tub and his/her vanity space. This home has two other full bathrooms.
Outdoor space: When in Ruidoso outside is the best place to hangout. The deck space is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a propane BBQ grill and a small outdoor dining space. Plenty of seating for your crew included in the outdoor livingspace. The second level of the deck has a sunk in hottub. Always cleaned at at 102 to melt your worries away.
